Hard to say, but:
1. Make sure you pip install and run scripts in the right python environment.
2. Have you installed all the requirements from requirements.txt?
3. Try reinstalling/updating numpy with this command python3 -m pip install numpy and run the autgpt with the python3 command. You may have used the wrong version.
